Meet the Staff

I have been with the company for 20+ years. What I enjoy most about my job is providing customers with the best work and quality possible. In my role I do all around work on every segment of the truck or trailer. I don't really specialize in any certain part of it. I like working on any project when you can look at the finished product and you did the best you can for the customer. I am proud of the business that we built, I just like working.

I have been with the company for 20+ years. What I enjoy most about my job is helping people getting their truck fixed so they can get back out on the road to support their families. I specialize in Caterpillar engines. I have been working on those engines for 25+ years. The types of work I like the best are the stuff some other truck replace looked at and couldn't figure out. I like the challenge of figuring out the problem that most cannot figure out. In my free time the things I enjoy most are going to Hawaii in December with my family, and spending time with my grandson George.

I have been with the company since 2006. My husband forces me to work here. (kidding.) In my role, I specialize in billing, invoicing, and apparel. The work I like the best is working with apparel. In my free time I love hiking, hanging out with my grandson George, and playing with my dogs in the field.

I have been with the company since 2020. What I enjoy most about my job is the creative freedom to market, design, and advertise for the business that I grew up in. Designing, marketing, and advertising trucks are specific to my role. I enjoy looking up things that are "happening" in the semi-truck industry. The work I like best is content management and finding new exciting things in the trucking industry. In my free time, I am a mom to my son George. I am married to Adam, and we live in the country and have cows and a few chickens. I enjoy canning in my free time.

John has been with the shop since he has been able to turn a wrench. He doesn't specialize in anything specifically. He does different projects around that shop that needs to be done. One day it could be brakes, and the next day he could be polishing. He enjoys polishing the most. "It's fun to go from a plain piece of pipe to a mirror finish." In his free time he enjoys being the funcle to George, and spending time with his girlfriend, Grace. John is the son to Chad & Mary, and sister to Elaina.

Spencer has been with Sand's Repair full time since 2013. He was part time on and off before going full time. Spencer is a graduate of the Diesel Tech program at SCTCC. He enjoys the different tasks that working can involve. "You could be working on 10 different things on one truck, so it is never repetitive or boring."He specializes in Paccar motors. He is the most comfortable with those types of motors, as well as CAT motors, and anything else on a truck, DOT, clutches, rear ends, and diagnosing and fixing. He likes going on road calls to job site, and working on the trucks. Spencer is always up for the challenge. He enjoys working in depth on engines. Outside of work, Spencer likes riding snowmobiles and 4-wheeler. Spencer is the son to Brad & Heidi Sand, brother to Aaron Johnson, and last but not least fiancee to Elizabeth Carson

I have been with the company for 7 ½ years. I enjoy the wide variety of work. It is never the same thing day after day. In my role I specialize in welding and fabrication, as well as chassis and suspension work. I like working on stretching frames, working on light bars and other custom pieces. I enjoy truck pulling, working on the farm, and spending time with family and friends.

John has been with the company for 13 years. He is our wiring wizard. He enjoys a variety of work everyday. He specializes in Cummins, 60 Series Detroit, and Electrical. His favorite thing to work on is wiring. Outside of work, John is a Ford fanatic. He keeps his truck in tiptop shape! (Suns out, guns out). He also enjoys gaming, and spending time with his family.
